Yes. For all UK orders, the price you see is the price you pay as we send all orders via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class which arrives in 2 to 3 Business Days. Delivery upgrades are also available.
Yes. For complete peace of mind we can send orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm or 9am arrival or via courier; UPS or DPD. We also post all orders the same day when ordering by 4pm (Monday-Saturday). For all urgent orders simply contact our Customer Service Team.
Yes, we offer an International FREE Delivery Guarantee which is our guarantee to our customers worldwide (not just the US & Canada) that orders of $35USD (approx £28GBP) and over, will not have added postage costs when delivered. International shipping starts from £2.20 (Approx $2.83 USD).
No. Tracked orders used to require a signature upon receipt but now we (or you!) can instruct Royal Mail or the courier to leave your delivery in a nominated "Safe Place" or with a neighbouring property. You will receive delivery updates via text message and/or email.
